Fiverr is looking for an Affiliate Manager to join the Affiliates Team and lead the affiliate marketing efforts for CreativeLive - a Fiverr company operating in the online courses space. We're looking for someone who can build and grow CreativeLive’s Affiliate Program, develop its go-to-market strategy and manage the partnership development process end-to-end - qualifying, managing, optimizing and growing performance marketing partnerships. 

The affiliate manager will be responsible for conducting market research, performing partner acquisition, collaborating and supporting partners in planning and launching campaigns and other promotional initiatives, analyzing and optimizing partners’ performance, and scaling successful partnerships. Will manage collaborations in a variety of platforms including Mobile, Web, Networks, Social and Media buying. The environment is fast-paced and performance-oriented. The candidate must be analytical, creative, innovative, independent, out of the box thinker and a quick learner.

• Developing new partnerships in the online courses space and related fields, strive for diversification of partners, platforms and markets. 
• Monitoring partners’ performance, analyzing metrics for revenue and margin opportunities, recommending and implementing changes based on the results.
• Keeping up with the latest trends and innovations in the online marketing world, incorporating them into the program.
• Working with Fiverr’s R&D and Creative teams to improve the partners experience and provide them with marketing tools and resources.
• Constantly improving the program’s workflow through automation processes developing.
• Being the support representative of CreativeLive’s partners community: answering emails, issue payments, fraud analysis etc. Identify opportunities from the communications.

• At least 2 years experience in affiliate marketing or digital partnerships - a must. Additional digital marketing experience - an advantage.
• Experience working in digital marketing in international markets, specifically US and West EU - highly preferred.
• Analytical skills (micro and macro performance analysis and optimization, drawing business insights and identifying opportunities from the data) - a must. Experience working with Tableau or similar data visualization softwares - an advantage.
• Project management skills and cross team communication expert; work with marketing, content & design, product, finance, legal and more.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to prepare presentations, summaries and written reports. 
• Strong understanding of sales, communications and client service.
• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BSc) in exact science, marketing, business or related field - preferred.
• Experience working in the online courses space - advantage.
