You can browse our categories of various skill based live sessions. Click here to Become an Instructor, click here to Become a Consultant. As an instructor, you can sell your skillset and knowledge based live courses. As a consultant, you can consult others in your area of expertise.

• Payment

Clients always pay Doxrix in advance. When a session is successfully completed, instructors and consultants receive 85% of the total fee paid. Ex. if a live session costs Rs.100/-, the instructor/consultant will receive Rs.85/- for a completed session. For more, see our Terms of Service.

• Ratings

If your client’s expectations are met or hopefully exceeded, you will receive a good rating from them which resulting in more client acquisitions for sessions and consultations in the future.

Increase your income by offering your clients extra detailed knowledge and skills during the live consultations. Show them how your suggestions can help them solve their problems, and use effective communication and be polite to ensure constant alignment.

After completion of your payment, you can check your session in your account. In active session, you can check details, cancel, reschedule and start session with instructor or consultant.

Once you have attended your session and you are fully satisfied and happy with the training, knowledge, skills or remedies shared by the instructor/consultant, you will rate and review the session.

If you find any difficulties with instructor/consultant, you should directly connect with them to solve your issues amicably. Instructor/consultant will solve your issues on priority. You can reach out to us at Help & Support to raise a ticket related to your issue. We will try to resolve this as early as possible.

Resolution centre has been created to modify, cancellation and refund. Modification request can be raised when you have some other plans and you are not able to attend the session right then. You can raise a request to attend the session and instructor/consultant receives the request to approve or reject your request. This is mutual conversation and Doxrix has nothing to do with this internal conversation. You can only convince the instructor/consultant to reschedule your session and ask for another suitable time for session as per availability of both.

You can raise a request to cancel and ask for refund in case you are not happy and satisfied with the session completed. Instructor can only accept or reject your cancellation request by giving you genuine reason of acceptance and rejection of request. Your money shall be refunded back to your Doxrix wallet once your session is successfully cancelled by the Instructor.

Tip: Ask him to give you another session, if you think it is needed. This will be instructor/consultant choice if he is ready to offer you another session without any further cost. Do not mis-use the features and functionalities of Doxrix platform. You Doxrix account shall be suspended in that case.  

Coupon code can be redeemed on Doxrix while making payments to buy services from instructors/consultants. Login to your Doxrix account, choose your services, go to payment page, you will find an option “Apply Code”. Fill your coupon code and avail best discounts as per your coupon code. Every coupon shall a validity. Use your coupon before its expiry.

No, there is no monthly or annually membership fee involved. Doxrix makes it simple and safe y choosing your instructor/consultant, connect with them, pay for per session or full course and go live learn or consult. You’ll get what you pay for.

Payment process is 100% SSL secured. Your payment information is protected by SSL encryption.

You can make payment by credit/debit cards, internet banking, UPI or any authorised payment wallet. List of authorised banks, wallet and UPIs are available in the payment page.

Click on Course Details --> See Course information --> Scroll Down to Contact Expert --> Chat with Expert --> Click on Proceed to buy --> Make Payment --> Click on My Account --> Go to My Course --> Click on Session details --> Start Live Session as decided and discussed in chats.

Yes, you can. You can buy multiple courses and consultations across all available various topics. There is no limitation on buying courses.

Yes, you can chat with any instructor to share your knowledge and level of course, you already know about. Go to course page of Instructor --> Scroll down --> Click on contact --> You will be redirected to chat page. Here, you can discuss course details before buying it. You should not share any personal contact information. Example, Email address, Mobile Number or any other contact information.

After making payments for a session/course, Click on My Account --> Go to My Course --> Click on Session details. Here, you can check scheduled session. You can cancel, attend or re-schedule the session here after mutual discussion with Instructors.

Yes, you can cancel the session anytime in first 30 min of video/audio call of beginning. You can raise a request to cancel it and get refund back in doxrix wallet. You have to provide valid reason to instructor and convince for cancellation. Instructors have the option to accept or reject your cancellation request. Do read our refund policy.

If you like the session and completely satisfied with the knowledge, skills and behaviour of Instructor, you should rate and review the instructor for his service. Please be genuine while rating and reviewing any instructor or expert.

Click on DoxRix, Browse any Consultant of your choice. Click on “Consultation Details” --> Check Consultant Information --> Click on “Proceed” to book session --> Make Payment --> Click on “My Account” --> Go to “My Consultations” --> Check here all Consultation details --> Start Live Session with Consultants.

No, you cannot chat with any consultant before booking a session. You can chat and start session with consultant after paying for consultation services. You can check availability of consultants for your session on consultant profile page before booking. You should not share any personal contact information. Example, Email address, Mobile Number or any other contact information.

After paying for a session, click on “My Account” --> Go to “My Consultations” --> Check Session details. Here, you can check booked session. You can cancel, attend or re-schedule the session here after mutual discussion with consultants. Start Live Session with Consultants.

Yes, you can cancel the session any time before it goes live on video/audio call. Once the session gets started, you cannot cancel it as per DoxRix refund policy. You can raise a request to consultants for cancellation. If consultant does not reply to your request within 24 hrs, automatically you will get full refund back in doxrix wallet.

If you like the session and completely satisfied with the knowledge, skills, remedies, suggestions and behavior of consultant, you should rate and review the consultant for delivered services. Please be genuine while rating and reviewing any consultant.

Yes, you can. You can book multiple sessions with consultants across all available various industries. There is no limitation on booking consultations, but only one live session is possible at one point of time.
